Ramesh's Story
Ramesh Bjonnes is the renowned founder of the Prama Wellness Center. He is a seasoned wellness teacher with a profound expertise in yoga, meditation, and holistic health practices. Originally from Norway, he spent several years in India learning from the masters of yoga. He is sometimes fondly called the Viking Yogi.
Ramesh has played a pivotal role in guiding individuals towards optimal well-being through his revolutionary wellness program, which combines the best of holistic nutrition, herbalism, Ayurveda, intermittent fasting, yoga, meditation, and the latest science in plant-based food.
